I just finished developing a Missions Map. It’s a promotional tool for churches that support missionaries on their website. It utilizes Google’s open source mapping technology, but has more bells and whistles, such as YouTube supported info windows and the ability to incorporate PayPal for donations. Check it out…

Per the request from one of our faithful readers, I thought this would be an interesting topic to explore. Again, there are lots of respectful believers who have very differing views on this subject. I will admit that I’m not as well versed with the book of Revelation as I would like to be. Just when I think I’ve made up my mind, I hear an argument that is very convincing and based soundly in scripture. By the grace of God our salvation does not depend on our understanding of end times, but it is important. Well, have at it.

I know that there is much debate about infant baptism, but I never realized that many people I actually know – and respect – differ on this topic. I thought this would be a good place to discuss (not argue) why you believe or do not believe infant baptism is okay. [Comments that distastefully attack the opinions of others will be deleted]

Obviously they were designed by someone who is very intelligent. Thinking that all life happened by random chance is far worse than thinking that someone was able to complete these Mario levels by random chance… Continue Reading »

Ben Stein is going to star in a documentary that explores the many ways the “BIG SCIENCE ACADEMY” does not even allow scientists to consider the possibility of an Intelligent Designer. They even go as far as “expelling” such scientists from the “ACADEMY.” Listen to interviews with the producer of this film below and check out their website.

A group of guys from FBCK (including myself) have started an online book study. The book is called “How To Ruin Your Life By 40″ by Steve Farrar. This is a different style of book study since we will be doing it online. Our discussion will be taking place at a blog I started called No Life At 40.com. If you want to join us, get the book and simply join in the discussion (like this guy did). We are currently thinking of doing one chapter a week or so.

I’m not sure how this was determined (or how accurate it is), but it is interesting regarless. The link below shows a flash animation of the geographical history of religion starting back in 3,000 B.C. and ending in 2,000 A.D (5,000 years in 90 seconds).
